Anger issues?!


Question: Ok i for the most part am a very friendly person but when something gets me mad i snap, i yell and throw things but then 2 seconds later i'm fine. I tell my self the next time i get angry i won't do this but when it happens i don't think i just snap. Is their any help for me? Should i get professional help?

Hmm, i don't think you need prof. help. i just think you need a way of channeling this rage and anger.

Next time you get like this. you need to put all your might into taking it out onto something fluffy like a pillow, i know it doesnt have the same effect. But i'm sure you'll get used to it and you'll feel more proud of yourself after you do this too!

So next time it happeneds use all your might to channel it into something else okay =D
