What kind of mental condition does it sound like this guy has?!
Question: This guy I know sort of drags his feet when he walks, & he talks funny. He curses a lot. But many people say he's very intelligent. He likes to beg for food, & when he eats, he makes a BIG mess. He says, "I, yi, yi! I were hahnnnn-gree! I luv yewzh!" [I'm hungry. I love you.] He's 21. He used to know how to drive a car, but the cops don't let him drive anymore because they think he's a danger on the road. His condition got worse over time with people abusing & mistreating him.
They starve him & leave him wandering outside @ night alone with no clothes on. He comes to my friend's house begging for food & clothes @ 3 AM. Sometimes he runs & hides under the table for some unknown reason, like he's afraid. I don't even think I ever saw him smile. He always has a face like he's about to cry. The skin on the bottom of his feet are peeling because of him dragging it. He speaks in a high-pitched voice like an old lady. Should we get him put in a home? No one takes care of him.

Many mentally disabled people are intelligent in some ways but cant cope with everyday life. I also agree he needs a home. Check with social services. There are group omes or residential homes(homes that will let him have his own apartment and let him have some freedom if he is no danger but has a person who monitors them)
turn in his family to social services,and if you can yes get him help.someone is taking his disability money and not caring for him at all
I'd most definitely get him put in a home.
It sounds like he's being maltreated, almost as if homeless.
Sounds like he might have moderate mental retardation?
Who knows.
But he needs to get taken care of.
He needs girlfriend.
