No, there are criteria that must be met before you can diagnose a person as hypochondriac.
depends...if you are just worried about this one thing or if your worried about many other things. usually this mean your obessesed with many things that could be wrong, not just being worried about being a hypo wont make you one. relax try not to worry so much leave it to the proffesional if you think there could be something wrong. good luck
it depends on why the person said that they were one. perhaps they were trying to impress an audience, or be funny. if they were sincere, then they oculd be ill informed on what one is.
by thinking htey are doesn ot necessarily make them on, they could be mistaken. generally a hypochondriac does not openly admit that they are one.
