Am i depressed????!


Question: this past week,ive been snapping alot at family,my mother esp,and i feel like everyone at work dont really like me,they just like me cos i chat to them first,late in the evening i get upset at the most silly stupid things,when i go to sleep i dream all,most nights,feel like no one wud really care if i dropped down dead,should i go to the doctors???

u need vacation... dont worry all peoples have one stress day... some case, is week, other is one month... = )

no, you're not depressed, you're just having a bit of a rough patch.

go and see your doctor

You're on your way there; but I'd say you're stressed out.

I really recommend using the book below to sort yourself out before your stress becomes too much of a problem.

If the book hasn't helped you by the end of it, then go see a doctor.

I wouldnt say you were depressed.. I think you need to step back and look at whats going on in your life. How do you know people at work do not like you? Maybe you need to do something besides go to work and go home....you need to change the cycle you have got yourself into before you are depressed and need meds.

take a step back and relax this weekend - have some you time....

I do not know if it is depression but it does seem like some sort of mood disorder. You definitely could benefit from seeing a professional.

This sounds more like tiredness to me need to see a doctor explain whats been happening to you, A change in your daily activities might help. exercise is a good way of getting a relaxed sleep it sounds like you are not getting the right sort of sleep making you feel crotchety with everyone, and feeling left out at work.

Its hard to say with so little information, but you may well be.
Depression can come out as anger or inapropriate behaviour. But if your snappy first thing in the morning or late in the evening you coud just be tired, especially if your not getting enough sleep.
But if you feel like there is something wrong then its always worth going to the doctors to be sure. Make sure you tell them everything, because I wasnt diagnosed with manic depression for several years because I didnt tell my doctor everything.

im not sure if it mis dpression but you should talk about it with a friend you may just need someone to talk about your problems with if that doesnt work then go to the doctors
