aww dont worry i have felt like this too, but nothing will ever get better unless u ready for it to, dont dwel on the bad things and maybe write a list of 5 things u really like doin and make sure u do then by the end of the week. call up a friend or maybe a relative u get along with and have a big chat

i feel the same way. theres not much ive found to do except take one day at a time. when u r confronted with stress, think about it for a second and decide for urself--is this worth getting stressed? that may help. sorry if it doesnt.

STRESS: See stress treatments, at ezy build, below on page 42. Practise daily, one of the relaxation techniques on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i; whichever works best for you, but the mindfulness breathing for 15 - 20 mns is ideal, although the progressive muscle relaxation can be learned quickly, and takes only several minutes, if pressed for time. Employ the EFT version for use in public, for which you can reasonably claim that you have a headache, as you massage/tap your temples, but it may be advisable to restrict yourself to subvocalising (saying it to yourself, in your mind, not aloud). Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o refer. "Even though I sometimes suffer from stress, I deeply and completely accept myself". You can also multitask, using the gazing technique, as you walk/jog or exercise, by focusing on a distant object, noting any thoughts which flash across your mind, without pursuing any particular train of thought, just gently redirect your focus to the gazing. Yoga, or Tai Chi may suit others, better. For some people, visualisation of a quiet, relaxing scene, like a tropical beach, (feel the sun warming you, as a gentle breeze caresses your skin lightly, inhaling the tangy, salt laden spray from the sparkling, translucent, aqua waves, crashing on the white, sandy beach, as the seagulls swoop and cavort playfully overhead in a cloudless, azure sky; you feel just like one of them; free to soar and cartwheel, or just glide, in the moist, heavy air, and that this moment will last forever.....) works well for them. Take 4 Omega 3 fish oil supplements, daily, replacing 2 of them with cod liver oil supplements, or a teaspoonful of the oil (I spread mine on toast, and mask its strong taste with fishpaste, and pepper), in the winter months only, and eat healthily, in accordance with your "nutritional type" as determined at http://www.mercola.com/ SEARCHBAR. http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris Try having a cup of "Tension Tamer", herbal tea (in supermarket tea aisles) from Celestial Seasonings, or make some at home, and cool, then bottle, and drink as needed (I find it so strong tasting, that I need to drink it quickly, followed by something like fruit juice, to take away the taste, but others may find it more tolerable). C(h)amomile tea is a more palatable option. As with all herbal/green teas, lemon, or a little sweetener is OK, but no cream, or milk. See self esteem/confidence, in section 38, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris and consider volunteering, even from home, at first. It will also provide a solid basis in reality for the daily affirmations: "I am a good person, who is valued by my community, because I ..(insert activity here).." Section 47 also refers. On volunteering outside the home, you will come into contact with supportive people, and receive positive feedback for your efforts, which will be obviously appreciated: there are many options; one is sure to suit you. Practise one of the relaxation methods on pages 2, 11, 2c, or 2i, daily, and when needed. Also, give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you . Section 53, and pages 2, 2.q and 2.o at ezy-build also refer. "Even though I sometimes have low self esteem, I deeply and completely accept myself". Visit your school counselor.

Go and talk to one or both of your parents. They will help you get the assistance you need. If that's not possible, go to your school counselor on Monday and talk. Tell them what you told us. DO NOT GIVE UP! There is help...and you will feel better, but you have to let some adult know that you need it. Adults aren't too smart - they need you to tell them you need help! You can do this...go on and talk to your folks. kjl

When you look into the mirror, who do you see looking back out? Is that really you? The honest answer is 'no, not really'. It may be a reflection of your current physical form but it is by no means the whole you, the full you, the true you. You were once a small child. One day, you will be much older. Your appearance has already changed drastically and it will yet do so again. Current events are showing you something about the real nature of your identity. You now need to remember that you are much bigger than this.
