Now, my friends think i'm nuts! (self harm)?!
Question: I'm 16 and recently i began year 11 at school and have been finding it stressful.
I am usually the type of person who can appear to be holding myself together no matter what. But yesterday i broke down infront of my friends after they confronted me about the fact that they had seen my self injury scars on my leg.
I just feel as though something so personal has been broardcasted over the people i love and respect and that my stable facade has been torn down.
what am i supposed to do now?
