DID is a really rare disorder and many professionals still doubt its validity. I doubt you're going to have any luck finding an actual celebrity that has been diagnosed with such a disorder (much less two!). For your project, you may want to focus on either movies (there are several that portray the disorder) or legal/criminal cases where the defendants have at least tried to fake it (ex. Ted Bundy).
bipolar i was locked up last my in the mental secton of the hospital thats what the said i was when i was admited and i met people there that realy were i kinda felt sry for them but i got to know them and became close friends with them i was released after a week of being in there and them soving there meds down my throught and they determined i was comletly sane but could never undersand how i had the faith i have in God with out being crazy the phc said normal people dont go to extreams and go to the noth pole i said they dont do it becouse there afraid what i did i did it becouse i was nolonger afrid of what others think of me tho they thought i was crazy and locked mee away i the tueth shined through sry i dont know any famous people just people like me that took life to the extream

DID is not as rare as people think. One in twenty people have it to a certain degree. It's the cases that are debilitating that are rare.
