People fantasize about all kinds of things and there's nothing normal or abnormal about it. Acting out the fantasies, however, is abnormal, and in this case, damaging as well as illegal.
I'm gonna assume you're talking about a 16 year old girl here simply because anyone under that shouldn't be responsible for a kid on their own.
Now in the UK you can legally have fantasies about and even legally have sex with said 16 year old girl, but in the US you can't do that until she's 18 due to the rather odd way the law works there.
This shows that we're simply trying to put a social idea on top of biology and then expecting biology to just go away? Social systems will override hormones? Might work for the religious right, but unfortunately in the real world it ain't like that.

So I'd say no worries about fantasising about her as long as you remember the difference between fantasy and reality.
Even if she's legally old enough I'd be careful as there's psychology to be taken into account too. Oh and don't mention this to anyone publically as they might have the same hysterical "every guy's a pedophile" reaction as quote a few (although by no means all) have shown above.

I'm sure it is normal, but if you just fantasize, I see nothing wrong. Just know boundaries and remember you got married to somebody wonderful in the first place. This is assuming your wife wasn't a babysitter when you married her. Then I'd say it is just some sort of babysitter fetish or something. Then, I say, just get help. Boundaries!
