Should I stay up all night? Or Should I at least try and sleep?!

Question: Read. Seriously, it'll make you so tired you'll pass out after a while. But I also have a problem sleeping and when I'm on holiday I end up staying up all night and passing out at 7am lol! :) Don't watch movies, listen to music loud on your headphones/mp3 whatever or go on the computer unless you want to stay awake cause it stimulates your brain :)

ALL NIGHTER :D IM ROLLIN

If you cant sleep dont try

Hmm are talking bout insomnia?? Well, i have suffered from it at a point.. When i have a problem sleeping at night, i usually skip a whole day and night without sleeping, this gets me so tired for the comin night that i dont even have to try to sleep. I just fall asleep.

It all depends. Sometimes if you go to sleep and only sleep for a few hours you feel more tired than you would have if you just stayed up.

If you are having trouble sleeping at least rest. Turn off the light, lie back and empty your thoughts of the days business. Just be still and if you must contemplate anything, think just on your breathing... breathe in slowly and deeply.... and then hold a moment... and breathe out slowly and deeply. Do this five times and see if you don't feel more relaxed.

Cheers

no.
you should sleep at least 4-6 hours.
i experienced staying up all night and when i came into school, i feel so weak (yes, i can't walk properly since my knees were weak), i can't focus on what the professors were saying and i get easily irritated... and i look pale.

tried to sleep, ended up staying up all night

I do booth. If you're having a sleepover definitly all night.

Have you ever tried dancing the night away?

It's a great exercise, and you will lose weight :)

I just pulled an all-nighter, but not because I wanted to. I had trouble sleeping and every two hours or so, I'd wake up again, read something, or come back to this computer and type advice to people again. So, if you can't sleep, don't force yourself. Try a really dark room maybe with quiet soft music or no noise at all, if you want to go to sleep. Or check with your doctor about a possibility of having insomnia. Good Luck,

Are you taking anything that could be causing this? Some blood pressure medications (e.g. catapres and diltiazem) can interfere with sleep patterns.

See you doctor without delay before you have a traffic accident and kill someone.
