Well the withdrawal from marijuana for me has been different every time that I've stopped using it. It depends on what is going on in my life and whether or not I was really ready to quit it. Recently, I began my master's degree and things have been going pretty well in my life. Smoking marijuana every day just kind of fell by the wayside because I no longer have time to be stoned and the master's program that I'm in right now is very demanding, intense, and interesting to me. So I have something to fill that void. But before whenever I tried to stop using marijuana, I felt really agitated and upset. I felt like I couldn't calm down & like I NEEDED it or I would go insane. Furthermore, I felt that life was terribly boring and nothing interested me without herb. It would take about a month for the agitation and urges to use would go away, but the boredom & feeling like life was lame without it never really did. But that was before. This time, I don't really feel like I miss it and I feel like I can think more clearly and remember things better. Maybe now that I have spent 14 years being stoned every day, I have just grown out of it, I don't really know for sure.
Other people I know that have quit smoking have said that they had a tough month or so, and then they were ok after that. Good luck getting through.

irritated, irrational depressed, angry, happy all of the above and it's hard to sleep

Everyone has different withdrawls from Mary Jane, but I just crave getting high. I kind of obssess or think about it too much, but don't get physically ill or get body aches. Best of luck :)

Withdrawl from mj is is usually more psychological than physical. Withdrawl usually occurs with narcotics. If you decide you want to stop it isn't that difficult.

Stay away from those who use it and stimulate your mind with a book or something else that keeps you intellectually engaged.

99.44% the same as quitting cigarettes, which is probably the reason, it could be the extra nicotine that you are missing.
drink lots of water and keep mints etc. around. generally it's 2-3 days but it'll jack right back up there if u smell it...
