Is there a name for how I feel lately?!

Question: I think I may be having anxiety attacks(or how ever you spell it). Anytime something happens that upsets me my heart starts beating really fast, and my hands and arms start shaking. And I feel like I'm just going to fall apart. I feel so lost right now and I really really need help. Do you know of anyways to get over this or what's it called. My life has become extremly terrible over the past three years I've been living in torment and I can't take it, but I don't know what to do. I know this is a lot of stuff but I need your answers! Thank you.

I know how you feel. It's anxiety! You should go to your doctor and ask him/her if prozac is right for you.. It has worked for me and I had anxiety for 3 years.. you should give it try and be patient for the first 2 to 3 months you feel much better. If feel great. Also see a pro with this kinda situation its really helpful as well. And don't be afraid to make a move to feeling better concerning meds and pro help you feel much better.. Good luck!

You are experiencing panic attacks. Diazepam (valium) is taken to help you with anxiety - you take it whenever you feel anxious and it will help calm you down.

Panic attacks- If you have been living in torment I would seek a counselor. Someone you can talk to about what is going on and relieve some stress.

It sounds like you are getting pretty overwhelmed and finding it hard to cope. It could be anxiety.
I think getting help is a good idea.
You could begin by talking to a counselor at your school or making an appointment at your local Mental Health Clinic.
