Wow please someone help me..?!


Question: I am super stressed out right now and to the point where im crying and giving up everything i wanna do at this point. I need some thing to help me better..and i think music is the best way for me right now..can somebody give some songs that would ease the stress awayy ??


P.S. I dont listen to country or anything in that categoryy..

Listening to ocean waves (found easily with an online search) is a super good idea. It helps a LOT.

And just try to leave your mind blank when you're listening.

I'm not really sure if these are anti-stress songs but I'm just in love with these songs right now. ^-^

The Black Eyed Peas are really up beat. Sublime is also good for a crappy day.

Being so stressed can cause many health problems. I have depression and I love music too but try and keep it upbeat. Do not listen to sad songs. You have already some great ideas for music but it is such a personal choice. Listen to the radio, CD's, online and find some music you especially like and either download them or purchase some.

Then to get even better, put on the music and dance. Now you are getting the exercise you need. I truly hate to exercise and dancing in my den to upbeat music or walking on a treadmill while listening to my music is the only way I could ever exercise. Also reading humorous books can help you relieve stress. And My physician tells me that I need at least 15 minutes of sunshine a day. Add to that a good low fat diet and plenty of rest and you will be surprised how soon you can DE-stress and feel much better.

Please keep this in mind, this will only work if you are just stressed. If you are clinically depressed or have some health issues you may not be aware of, my suggested therapy will not work. Then it is time to go to the doctor for a good check up and a proper diagnosis
