Does therapy truly help a couple who have been through the trust breaking chaos !

Question: I am in a relationship and I cheated almost three years ago. He found out shortly after it happened but ever since then things are so not right. He still brings it up occasionally and it makes me feel bad and he will say hurtful things to me to make me feel that much lower but how much longer is he going to make me pay for my past indiscretions? Do you believe that talk therapy can help mend this sort of rift or is it best to just let it go and move on without him?

If you find a good therapist it definitely can help you to see things a different way and/or introduce new ideas - go for it!

Try it. Couples therapy sometimes works and you have nothing to lose.
