Want to sleep, but can't what should i do?!
Question: I want to sleep, im tired, but when i close my eyes my mind feels like it's sooo awake.
a while ago i went to bed took me 2 hrs before i doze off, woke up 30 mins later and can't sleep again!
what can i do without using any sleeping pills (don't want sleeping pills for some valid reasons related to health)

Think about one thing only. That should make you doze off into sleep.
start reading some boring book, it will make you sleep soon.
Camomile tea or a glass of warm milk really do help.
Special K has some good things there, I would add, that physical exercise in the afternoon, evening when your schedule allows it on a daily basis...good workout, and you do not need to go to agym either !! (that is for socialite or city folks) walk, hike, bike, some good regular exercise is great, for about 30 min. to 1 hour. try it, you'll feel and look better too, for the whole experience... good luck.
