Stress-energy build-up outlet?!


Question: I have this MASSIVE store of angry fear energy (channeled currently into air-drumming to "Supernova" by Oomph!) and I have no idea what to do with it. It's 2 am and I feel like belting out a concert (can't- live in a dorm). I'm twitching like mad and I need an outlet.
