Question: yes, its called post traumatic stress disorder, its what your mind does when it knows "now is not a good time" to feel stressed, so it saves it all up then gradually feeds it back to you over time, so you can recover and work though the stress.

i suppose so

because you get use to the routine every day so its hard to break out of it.

Of course! PTSD.

yes without doubt,it depends on the circumstances a friend of mine was so badly affected she hasn't been able to return to work since, she on the sick and has been for 3 years

of course and stress can include a lot more things than just having too much work. Many other factors could be involved aswell.

Yes you can. Depression might be one consequence and health can be another, for example stomach ulcer, which is not cured easily.

yes you can there is such medical terms for this unknown what it is called tho perhaphs a visit to the doc is in order

Yes indeed without the correct therapy stress related illness
can take a long time to heal.

of course you can

you cant just back to before its a long process take it day by day

Yes. I've been out of work for 4 years now due to problems caused by the last job I was in. I had a stalker and it completely destroyed my self confidence and I no longer feel safe around anyone apart from my family and friends.

Yes, and after many months it is time to talk to your doctor and/or see a therapist. If you were able to overcome this on your own you would have. Sometimes stressful events trigger more than just regular stress. Seeking help can be very difficult. It can include swallowing misplaced pride, overcoming misplaced fears, and accepting that, yes, you do need some assistance getting back to full emotional health. Seriously, the longer you wait, the more difficult it can become, and the irony is that this may be something easily resolved with professional assistance if you'd only reach out for some. Peace to you.
