Memory loss and stress?!

Question: I have an anxiety disorder and depression according to my doctor. For this I take Sertraline (Zoloft). I have not been taking it because I do not remember to (3 weeks). I know this is very dangerous. I am taking a full load at school (22 hours) and working part time (25-30 hours) at a job that requires physical labor. I am 20 years old, female, average weight. I am beginning to feel very ill all the time - stomach upsets, headaches, strange abdominal pains, reduced or extreme appetite, hyper-activeness when I am really exhausted, and lack of focus. My memory is like a broken puzzle and I have a hard time remembering what happened 24 hours earlier. When I talk to people, I am not sure if I am even calling them by the right name. I also play soccer and have an internship in school. I feel like I am dying. Every day melts into each other. What do I do to fix the memory loss and confusion? I have been writing everything down but still feel very confused. Thank you.

. "BoB" is a female? ohhh k.
Anyway, you're just OVER-stressed. Slow down. In fact you should STOP for several weeks, or months.
If you can't drop out of school, at least drop HALF of the crap you're doing.
You are OVER-working your mind and body!!
If you don't have to work, QUIT the job. Or quit the soccer. Or quit the internship if it's taking up a lot of time, 10+ hrs/wk.
STOP treating yourself like a robot, and enjoy Life. Smell da roses.
