Answers: When you sleep less the next day you are awake and when you sleep a long time you are very tired the next day

I've noticed this too. My parents don't belive me however, because they think it's just an excuse to stay up later. But I'm telling them, it's true! lol

I think it's because, when you get 9 long hours of comfortable sleep in a nice warm bed, you hate having to wake up and get out of bed, because it was just so comfortable sleeping there for all that time.

But when you have a sleepless night of tossing and turning for 5 hours you don't care that you have to get up and your more awake because you weren't sleeping for a long time at all.

It depends on your sleeping schedule. We sleep in 90 minute schedules, stage 1, 2, 3, 4, and REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. If we get through all of the stages and wake up in early stages like 1, 2 then we are refreshed and easily awakened. It all depends on your sleeping schedule and how your body reacts. It is best just to sleep the same amount every night and your body will form sleep schedules to it.

It's all mental. When you sleep and sleep your mind is basically telling your body to be lazy. You need to figure out what amount of sleep per night is best for you, what makes you feel best in the morning.

You don't say how long you sleep or don't sleep. In any case, there is such a thing as too little and too much sleep. Too little sleep may cause you to be more "wired" and awake the next day because it causes irritability that builds over time and can lead to mania, a highly excited state. Too much sleep can lead to depression and the feeling of being overtired and lethargic and may also lead to irritability.

We feel guilty when we sleep more than we need and it can changes our mood and follow up with mental and physical issues so the first part is our emothions, our biggest enemy.we are too hard toward ourselves .
