Go or stay home?!
Question: I had a really rough time overnight last night. Really depressed, flashbacks, bad twitches, suicidal, etc. I was afraid for a while there I was headed for a hospital stay.
Should I stay home to make sure I'm okay, or go on to school?

I would say go to your classes. Even if you are too distracted to learn (or teach, or research... as many grad students do), being there will serve as a useful distraction.
If you choose to stay at home, you are more likely to enable the depression more.
Regardless, see a therapist about your troubles. You are probably already aware, but your University likely has mental health counselors available through their student services. Use them.
quit nagging, go to school and study
go to school and take your mind of it, see your friends and cheer up. If keeps happening, you know the rest, see a dr.
You should stay home, make a doctor's appointment and explain how you feel. Treat the symptoms like any other illness. just because you're experiencing non physical symptoms does not mean it should be ignored.
hope you feel better soon.
