How can I regulate my sleep pattern?!

Question: I don't know why for the past 2 weeks, I've been trying to sleep @ night, & I can't. Then, I feel sleep-deprived during the day, & I try hard not to fall asleep. Even if I don't fall asleep during the day, I can't sleep @ night for anything in the world.

Bad sleep for me means having bad energy, try to exercise a few hours before you go to bed and don't eat carboydrates or coffee at night.

Todd gives good advice. Also when you do go to bed, don't watch tv or listen to the radio. All of that stimulates the brain when you're trying to relax it.

Go to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning, get some exercise during the day, no caffeine after 12 noon at the latest...try reading before bed..most say dont watch tv in bed but I put my favorite show on and pass right out at night so tv works for me
