Anxiety! maybe you have family problems or some situation that ur involved in that is causing you to show ur emotions through stress/and or shaking.

you have nerve epilepsy... (okay, okay, i made that up but it sounded good and i watch house...) that is epilepsy though...

It's sooo hard to give good answers without knowing age, life style, general health--all of which can play a role in what you're experiencing. Best guess is that you're going through a developmental phase, where your self-awareness is very acute and it's causing you a higher level of anxiety than you've experienced in the past. The cure is (1) to grow out of it, physically, and as your adolescent body becomes an adult body, this should happen, and (2) to grow out of it, emotionally, and as your adolescent mind becomes an adult mind, this should happen, and (3) until 1 & 2 happen, learn some self-calming techniques. You can learn them in yoga class (breathing, stretching, meditating), and while you're learning skills to manage your anxiety responses to life, you can get on a treadmill and work off the adrenaline that's flooding your system and making you shake.
