Idk please help?!
Question: In school I can't do anything if I can hear someone writing with a marker, also I barely sleep at all and in the morning I'm SOOO hyper. And at home whenever I can't sleep my mom says its the energy drinks and crap. Also everytime i go downstairs I have to check the bathroom and utility room idk why though? It's like a big habit. And when I look east idk but my spirit like cries and bleeds. Can someone tell me wats wrong. Also I self mutalate myself.

You might be going through depression you said you self mutilate and have sudden outburst of energy, but that your high seems to fall, you arnt sleeping. I think it is deprssion you want to be heard. I know becuase i went through alot of the same things and no one knew how i was feeling .

OCD - the telltale clue is when you go downstairs you "have to" check those rooms.
and look, the energy drinks are keeping you awake. They have tons more caffeine then people can usually handle.

Honey, you need to see someone, you sound like you have OCD amongst other things but you can't take my word for it cause I am not a professional you need to see a professional

but i would consider getting some professional help and figure out what is going on.

umm... go to the doctor. and try not drinking energy drinks and take meds or somthing. or you might have ADHD.
I think you should go out back, c oun t the stars- and wait for the next train to Mars. It comes from the east- that is why your spirit knows it and it waiting when you look that way.

Idk for sure but u need to get some help with a doctor, or u may suffer from depression but i dont want to say that for sure, but alot of ppl suffer from depression and dont kno that they do

Kinda sounds like OCD, but I'm not exactly sure...the checking the bathroom and utility room and the sleep problem sound like OCD symptoms. Some times with OCD a person has irrational thoughts and maybe the spirit crying and bleeding is an irrational thought. I would confide in someone like a parent or teacher and try to see a counselor or therapist.
