Does anyone know any natural remedies for stress reduction?!

Question: I'm really stressed at the monoment, at work and home. I'm in the process of buying a house which has been very stressfull. My job is really getting me down. I work in a sales job in a busy call center, its not the greatest job but the money is ok so i've been able to tolorate it. Recently i have been really down about it, when I get to work i just think I can't do this anymore! when I start to take calls I start to panic and think I need to get out here. Sometimes I have to stop myself for crying. Also we work to targets so we have people on our backs all the time about hitting sales targets. I am looking for another job but untill then I need something to help me cope and stop getting stressed. Does anyone know of any good natural remedies for stress I can try?

While you are taking the calls you can do some deep breathing which will help relax your muscles. Also, remember that this is a temporary thing until you get a better job. You are probably stressed out more also because without this job you could afford the house that you are going to buy. Some stress is good because it motivates us to move forward and make changes. Just take your time, exersize is also a great way to reduce stress. When you have a bathroom break....do some light stretches and deep breathing. On your lunch break...get out of the office and go for a brisk walk. Exersizing releases chemicals that makes us feel happier and more relaxed. Good luck

simple but effective "Camomile Tea"

Try drinking some green tea theres all different kinds of variety out there the one I really like is from Celestial Seasonings its called tension tamer at night time try sleepy time they work wonders I hope you feel better soon

1. Take a tennis racket and beat the heck out of your sofa.
Pretend it is your boss. If nobody is listening, you can also call it nasty names.
2. Go for a long arm-swinging walk.
3. Look for a better job but don't tell anybody.
4. Get a cat, and pet it a lot. Your blood pressure should go down.
5. Don't even think about taking Prozac. No matter how much you take, it will not change your boss' behavior.

Well, there is the most common thing people think of is to count to 10, but there are also some great stress relievers out there. I get out a bunch of candles and turn off the lights and just relax. Music REALLY helps me calm down, especially at night when you can hear it better. You coul bring your music player to work and use that to calm you down and help you work better. Maybe yoga?? That sure seems relaxing. Just stretching makes your body flexible and relaxed. If you are an active person run it out. If there is something you really enjoy then take a bit of your time every day to do that thing you love. Hopefully your boss will accept because you are really on the verge of loosing it...sorry, its true. =) get better! <3Choco Chip<3
