I have psychiatrist appointment tomorrow. Any advice or tips?!

Question: Take 3X5 cards or a small notebook with you.
Before you go write down 2 lists:
-Your symptoms
-Your questions
Have some blank space to take notes during the appointment, including which medication, how often....instructions/suggestions to minimize or handle your symptoms........and your next appointment time.

Be open and truthful, don't try to hide information, be honest about your hesitations or questions about medication, or your fears. Just have a normal conversation and show your willingness to find answers to your problems.

If you don't want to be prescribed more medication, act happy.

Just be yourself and don't try to act like you are someone you are not. Just beyourdelf and politely answer any questions truthfully.

Be yourself and honest.

It depends why you have a psych appointment. Just remember to be honest. They are there to help not hinder and the fact that you are being honest with yourself in acknowedging your need to go is a good start.

All you gotta do is act naturally!

Same, tell it like it is. I go to have someone neutral to express myself to, just be yourself they have seen it all.
Don't let it drive you crazy.
All the best for tomorrow.

Act like a psycho just to mess around with him. He can't prescribe you any medications, only psychologist can not psychiatrists.

Be open and put all your cards on the table.
