Without delay, call the MH Agency Office now.
1) explain what you are feeling
2) explain what happened
3) tell them you are believing you are responsible for her injury.
They need to be informed of your current crisis immediately.
MH likely will assist you in calming yourself,
assist in helping you to understand they do not blame you for the injury, and that such an injury can happen to anyone during these winter conditions.
If you did what you could to prevent people from falling, it's really not your fault. Accidents happen. She will be fine and if she needs to get help her worker's comp will cover it.
Don't hurt yourself - call your therapist.
I promise you that if you ended up hurting yourself, it'd just make you want to hurt yourself more. It only adds to any pain. It wasn't your fault that she got hurt. It was just an unlucky incident. Not your fault she fell, **** happens. She dident die just a sprained wrist, it's a common thing that happens. Hurting yourself will not help anything. Deliviring pain upon yourself is a way to ecacpe from pain in your life. No pain can not be delt with, just relax and talk to someone, hell even people on here like the guy above me. He seems like he wants to help message him. Many others deal with problems like you, you will never be alone, there is always someone somewhere willing to lend a hand. The human race has not completly lost it's compasion yet.
