Answers: Yes, I chose the mental health section!

yes because i am sure you ask stupid questions too.
just look at your question its stupid but it dose'nt mean you should get kicked by the donkey. But if the donkey is brown with rainbow polkadots then you should kicked it because it might have a 24 hour disease.

No, because if he doesn't ask he will not receive answers.

talking donkey.........? yes it's cruel to kick "him" he's not kicking you

In some parts of the world it is considered proper etiquette.

he would be a genius and you would make money off it why would you wanna kick it? lol

Hi Cat;

You just finished watching 'Shrek', didn't you?
Peace,
Bobby

If Mickey is Mouse and Donald is a Duck what is GOOFY?? 8-)

whats stupid to you may not be stupid to him. Let him ask and answer the best you can. How else is a donkey gonna learn. huh?!

lol

LOL Cat u a donkey ;;) damnnnn yea it's cruel to kick anyone lol

Cruelty is subjective: a guard's kicking of a prisoner for asking a stupid question may save the prisoner's life in a World War Two German concentration camp.
Churchill admonished us, saying "<In the presence of others> ... there is no act too noble; without the audience, things are different.
If you kick the donkey because it is asking things, then the effort is cruel, because you are conditioning the donkey to not speak: we consider expression of self to be of value.
If you kick the donkey because its questions are stupid, then you are encouraging the donkey to have more consideration for you prior to utterance. This means you are oppressed by your world and wish to suffer no more woe from the donkey.
BUT, the answer is none of these, BECAUSE there is no such thing as a stupid question, and therefore, your post validates your virtue in showing the world that you have no justification to kick the talking donkey.
I knew you had it in you.
