I don't know what else to do.?!

Question: I have trouble sleeping, I am prone to anxiety attacks, I have a roller coaster like appitite, I get very depressed, I get over excited, I have thoughts and of killing myself that play out like a movie in my head unwillingly. my anti depressants only control the extremes of my emotions. I suffer from anti social behavior a frequent basis. I always have an anxious feeling and I have to continuously wash my face and hands and if I don't double check to make sure the stove is off or my straightener or the door is locked I have this uncomfortable feeling I am forgetting something. Yes I have gone to many counsolers and a therapist and a pyschiatrist. I need something other then medication to work on the problems a little more myself. Can someone help me?

You need time out to restructure. For the worry I was told to sit down for 30 min a day and just write all my worries down, think about them, are they real or possible, solve them the best way you think, then let them go.
Exercise, at least 30 min a day, it releases the endorphins in your brain.
Relaxation, slow your breathing down to between 6-9 breathes a minute, as you inhale tense your muscles, as you exhale release the muscles and relax.
When you are feeling depressed have a piece of music that makes you feel good. Or a good thought, memory etc.
Know your limitations or triggers.
Forgotten something. Every time I do something I always tell myself, I have..... turned the iron off, stove off, closed the door. Try and not keep reassuring yourself because you feeding the doubt.
Sounds easy but it takes time and effort but it works, hang in there . A good book that helped me is The secret. and Take control of your worry. ( Dr Limske, i think).

No. I don't think anyone but a practiced doctor can help you. I know you've gone to many, but you just have to keep going until you find the right one. Good Luck to you.
