Answers: How does it attack your body? Or how do you know when you're stress?

Stress is when you can't relax. The brain is working in high speed all the time and you think about one and thousand things at the same time. Your body is tensed, you have headaches, neck- and back pain, stomach ache, you're restless and when you're trying to relax you can't. Blood pressure is high and heart is beating too fast. You sleep bad and you can feel dizzy when you're awake.
You think you must do this and that but nothing happens, you have ten balls in the air at the same time and you feel irritated.

Stress affects the body in different ways.
Basically it is a perception that we are not in control of certain events in our life.
Take control over what you can and leave what you cannot.
