I know this is going to be hard, but you have to leave him alone. Time heals all wounds. Right now he is probably very angry at you for what you said. tell him that you are sorry and that you are going to give him a little space and time so that he could hopefully forgive you. Saying sorry over and over again, will only make him annoyed.

tell him you made a major mistake and do something super special for him
go to him, tell him your sorry, if he still "doesn't beleive" you. say " i'm sorry about eveything espesually that you don't trust me, i was just being stupid, please, please forgive me".
and ask him if there is anything you can do to get your freindship back
