Why does this keep happening AGAIN and AGAIN?!
Question: I always keep forgetting things!!...EXTREME MEMORY PROBLEMS! It's really scary now...I forgot my backpack at my friend's house TWICE...and she always remind me..or else I would always forget it I bet..and I forgot my lock combo!! ..I forgot there was a test last friday..I forgot my jacket in the library today...and I forgot my pencil case a week ago...and I couldn't remeber the name of this show I watch like ALL the time..
:( Why do I have such bad memory?? If it wasn't for my friends, heck, I would have frozen to death today..my friend took my jacket from the library..she found it..luckily! ..if she didn't get it, I might have went home w/o a jacket..and it was freezing this evening.

There are a lot of factors as to why things slip your mind. Are you distracted by something/someone that is taking part of your concentration or attention? Or have you always sort of had a spotty memory?
Different people have differing levels of memory, and so maybe this is just your normal memory level.

i have the same problem sometimes. only thing i can figure is that i need sleep & to eat right. this seems to help me egt back on track. so are you getting good sleep & eating right? poor diet & lack of sleep can weaken your brain power & cold make you forgetful or jsut foggy-headed in general.
What? i just forgot what you said. lol
i dont know you probably just need sleep, to eat breakfast (if you dont) and the other stuff that the person said above me
You have a lot to remember. A simple rule is to always think as you leave anywhere...........have I got everything. That will solve half your problems. And write lists and keep your stuff in order. Get more sleep would be one guess and also take a look at your diet. Omega 3 capsules could help. (and if you are doing drugs, get really scared, and stop now!)
I BELIEVE THE BIGGEST PART OF YOUR MEMORY LOSS IS DUE TO BEING IN A RUSH OR BEING RUSHED.ITS A FAST PACED WORLD OUT THERE AND MAYBE EVEN LITTLE A LITTLE MORE FOR SCHOOL AGE KIDS.ITS EASY TO FORGET IN A RUSH.I MIGHT BE TOTALY WRONG THIS ONLY MY GUESSWORK OPPINION

Don't worry this happens to every one. Has this problem started recently? If so consult a doctor as this is a prodrome for many of the diseases..... (Diabetes, Pneumonia etc.,)
