it's a way to deal with a particular situation. there are people who get angry, flur up or find some other way of coping. some say that crying helps you feel better because it has a cleansing effect. when crying the person may admit to particular problems and find possible solutions

because it is a physical way to release all of the pent up stress

it just clears everything out of ur emotional conscious!

I really don't know all I know is it REALLY does help!!!!!

Another thing, it releases chemicals in your body that build up due to stress.

There are benefits that are good for your body. Some people believe crying releases toxic stress hormones.
