well I might try going to a professional for that...I have deff. seen things but thier more your paranormal type like dead people. It its truly in our mind. Most people say to clear your mind but seriously I would like to meet 1 person that has done that successfully. trust me it goes away with time, considering your "sightings" are not very disturbing. Just try not to dwell over it

I've never seen sharks. But I've seen people and bugs, and my ceiling tried to attack me one time. I'd suggest seeing someone about this. It could be a number of things.
