hair (make it smell good and look natural),
smile (actually has a pretty major impact considering a girl wouldnt date a guy with crazy gross teeth),
height (if she is taller, height is a major factor)

well all girls are diffrent but the first thing we see are the looks that is why we judge those first and that is how we base how much we want to get to know the guy. Like if your hot i would want to get to know you. If your not I don't feel that same way.
