Is anyone else feeling overwhelmed?!


Question: i feel like complete crap! school is stressing me out, work is too much, i cant find time for myself, ive become so lazy lately, i have no love interest or not even someone i like, i feel extrememly unlike myself idk whats with me! i need a vacation. anyone else feel like they are so stressed? any tips?

True...your mind is totally overwhelmed. In your world, you are so overworked and tired that nothing else is possible. You realize this, and that is the first step in seeing that such things is not right in your life at this point time in time.
I, too, was once working full time, full time at college and a family. It was difficult to find ANY time for myself or my own mind. I WAS overwhelmed.
What I did was to find a way to escape from all those "issues" or what I called over stimulation's. The key for me was to find how all those different things connected to each other; more importantly, how those things are DISconnected to each other.
Easily put...one thing maybe apart of another and yet be totally different and separate.
Meditation does help this...and I am not a professional on explaining these issues. I can only say that I found myself most "proficient" when I lead with my heart and believe in myself.

everyday of my life

Try something new. Find yourself a new hobbie. Read a good book, paint, watch a funny movie. Keeping your mind occupied is always a good thing when feeling overwhelmed. A good way to relieve stress is to tense each muscle in your body individually [starting from your toes all the way up as far as you can go] tense each muscle for about 10 seconds and release. keep doing that while laying in bed or in a nice hot bath with light music and candles. Also, take a deep breathe in through the nose and let it out through the mouth. do that maybe 3/4 times. It does wonders. Hope that helps!

I've been dealing with that kind of problem too a month ago. Stress, pressure, loneliness, without some signicant other. U just have to give yourself a break so that you'll recharge. Stress affects everything from our brain down to the different parts of our body. It affects our emotions too. Sleep well and do things that will make you feel comfortable and renewed.

i feel this way all the time. to relive myself of stress i scream into a pillow and then use a stress ball. (i also punch a pillow)
