Do you have a study hall? Take that time to study. If it's too noisy there go to the library. Even if you really don't want to, you have to sit down and force yourself to do your homework and study. I suggest starting with your hardest subject first. Here is an example of how you can manage your studies: math 15 minutes, history 15 minutes; 10 minute walk; Spanish 15 minutes; prayer; English 15 minutes, science 15 minutes; 10 minutes for snack and calling a friend, etc. The general idea is to read/study/take notes on one subject for 15 minutes then work on another subject for 15 minutes, then take a 10 minute break. In your case you also have to make time for prayer. Use the model I gave you to help you get started. When you're done your homework, reward yourself with an activity you like to do: a hobby, calling a friend to make plans for the weekend, your favorite tv show.

maybe if your dad knows that you need more study time to succeed & do well in school he will be more understanding about you staying up a bit later. do you think for that particular reason he might be more lenient about it? i'm sure he wants you to do well in school but not cut your prayers out so you could use some more time to accomplish everything you need to.

or maybe instead of coming right home stay on campus & do some studying there. it's a collegiate atmosphere so it might help you focus as opposed to coming home & wanting to relax & never being able to get yourself into study mode.

I was told that you could pray at the end of the day , at one time. Here, in America, I find a lot of Muslims do this. Maybe you could just rearrange your schedule. Remember, without a college education, you cannot succeed anywhere!
