You must have at least one friend who is closer to you than the others. Go and talk to that person; it'll definitely help. The exams could be putting enough pressure on you to bring back your depression. Just hang in there, it'll get better.

You sound like your copying all the fad depressant cutting crying black eyeliner to the max nuts..EMO's newest teeny craze, your to old for that now shape up or you won't be a maladjusted teen you ll be a crazy old lady and everyone will walk way around you. So cheer up and study!

I would suggest you to start of with the following, and you shold be ok .

1)Meditation
2) Drink lot of water
3)Listen to medication audios
4) avoid watching TV for some time
5) Wear light coloured dresses
6)Try to read comedy books and keep remembering the funny things happening in your life which brings laugh
7)When you feel like Depressed, drink water and eat a teaspoon of sugar and start chewing it.Then enjoy the sweetness of the sugar and try to bring that sweetness to the environemnt around you and you feel better

8)Affirm all the time that you will get a good and sound sleep

You are stressed, and I think anyone would be stressed in the situation you're in right now. Just take things one at a time, don't let yourself become overwhelmed. Take a break and go out and do something that makes you feel good.

The second thing could be due to anxiety..

I think kids are wayyyyyyyy overstressing themselves nowadays by expecting perfection.

The reason your parents don't get it is because one test when you are 18 does NOT shape your destiny significantly. In fact, most successful people did NOT go to Yale or Harvard etc.

I dunno, I never studied much and guess what, I still love learning. I unfortunately got bipolar disorder and ended up disabled, but before that I was in a respected university getting a PhD in geophysics. I was also a TA at that university and saw all the undergraduates under so much stress. There was NO test in high school or college that was THE test. i think kids nowadays are going to burn out under all that stress. Just do your best and don't push so hard! It's hard on you mentally, and adults who do that get serious health problems.

Take breaks! Try studying 45 minutes, take a 15 minute break and get a bowl of ice cream. Study 45 minutes another break. You can time your breaks with your friends and chat on the phone those times.

You will do fine if you pace yourself and don't get so anxious building this test up into the one thing in your whole life you have to do. It isn't THAT important!

PS the shaking, if it sends electic feelings down your legs or pain or other weird feelings, that is restless legs syndrome. YOu are getting it because you are too anxious. magnesium supplements seem to help me (my psychiatrist told me about it.) Also warm socks that go up to the knee.

Your leg shaking can be a nervous reaction to being upset.

For your exams, consider staying with a friend or relative between now and the exams, to give you an opportunity to de-stress, and be calm as you study.

pray..let your soul experience the calm of prayer...let go of the anxieties...

Sweetheart you are a strong, resourceful and intelligent young woman. You may not feel like it this very second but it's the truth! Let it sink in. We many times don't know how wonderful and strong in the face of adversity we really are, even though we feel weak. But it's true.

Believe in God. Believe that this can be overcome. Ask for His help. You'll do fine on your exams.

Honey, your problems are important, and you need help to be cured of depression. You need someone who cares enough to help you. I am sorry that you have to go through this sweetie!

~Good Luck~
