You know I always found going to the campus library always helped, you have nothing else but motivation. I really lost concentration more quickly in my room or at home, when you have so many distractions around you. But at the library, you see everyone else around you studying and being productive it really is a great environment. And there is really nothing else to do but look at more books.

Grab some water or coffee, sneak in a snack or two, make sure you come prepared with all your books, notes and writing materials, turn your phone off or on vibrate, and you should be good to go.

Get up, drink coffee, walk around and then come back. Seriously, people has only very good concentration for only less than an hour at a time.

lots and lots and lots and lots of............ummmm what was i saying??

I do not think there is a more effective other than realizing how important this thing is for you!
Believe it to see it happen!

You should find what kind of environment that suits you while you're studying.

Maybe a quite room, or outdoor, or even on the street.

For example: I concentrate more while I'm listening to rock music...

When your revise its not how much you cram in at a time but how often you go over something.

im one of those people that sit down with a book ready to revise then look at a telly remote and think ohhh i wounder whats on. So then nothing gets done and it goes over and over again.

im my recent exam which i had i revised at an actual desk in a room full of boring things so if i looked at something it didnt really apeal to me. Every 30 mins have a small 10 minute break.

Every one has a different way to revise, if you find a way that is best for you you may find it easier to concentrate, you may be using a wrong technique for you. Try another method of revision and see how that goes down

Ginkyo Biloba and Omega 3 Fish Oils can help.
