On a break...he has ANXIETY ATTACKS.. im worried?!

Question: K background info: hes 23 imm 20. We went on a break because of his busy schedule. He coaches two soccer teams and goes to college. To top it off hes stressed with school, soccer, his parents always on his back. I didnt believe this was the reason 4 the break. Well recently he told me he thought he was having a heart attack one night and they rushed him to the hospital and there they told him it was due to stress and anxiety, it was all mental... He said he had another episode like that again where he said he was convinced he had cancer or something, and his heart would hurt, hed get light headed... he researched anxiety attacks online and said he had most symptoms and was going to do to the doctors last thursday to see..

My question is could I send him a message asking how hes doing? I don't want to keep sending him messages (i did this the first few weeks of the break) But im worried about him and want to know how hes doing.. Would it be alright? what would you say in the message

Yeah, definitely. Don't bother him all the time with messages--but a message to ask him how he's doing shows that you care and will make him feel incredibly good knowing you are thinking about him. I would just ask how everything was, say he's on your mind, you're worried, you care, and hope everything goes alright and if he needs you, you'll be there for him. Good luck with everything!

No message would be best for now.
You don't want to add to the stress.
If he needed your help he wouldn't have asked.
When he feels ready he'll get in touch and will be doubly greatful for letting him have this time.

Send one brief message only to let him know that you are available if he wants to talk. Do not pressure him. It sounds like he has a lot on his plate and you don't want to add to it.

He is definitely trying to do way too much. I hope he cuts some of this stress out of his life. He doesn't have to be perfect.
