I am so upset and crying please help!?!


Question: I'm frustrated & stressed out! You know how It just builds up and you loose it? well that happened today my stress level is high and I'm just ready to break.... With all the responsibilities and stuff I'm just overwhelmed If I told you all the things that were going on right now you would not believe it !!! I'm tired ... Any body else feel like this also???? any words anything you wanna say... Plus I'm Bipolar and have Manic Depression Panic disorder and I know this does not help in my situation.

I too let my stress build up and then eventually lose it (break down and cry). Once it happens though I feel better and can think things through and work things out.

i have anger\depression issues to...music helps me...ALOT...

ok first, you do know that being bipolar and being manic depressive are the same thing, right??
yes but i am also in the situation. dont try to hold the anger in at the moment, spend it all out right now so that when you get back into the world, there's nothing left. it's normal for everyone to have those days. just hang in there.

Sounds like you're a normal person.

We're all stressed. We're all tired. It's important to meet each new day and remember that all you have to do is make it through that one day. Tomorrow is best left for tomorrow.

Take a deep breath, and welcome to the world.

STOP! Take seven Nice deep breaths, sit in a quiet place and clear your mind of the distractions and remember to live one day at a time, it will keep your life simple and you much happier!

That's what I listen to when I break down. I don't care that it's a love song it's still sad and I listen to it over and over till it blows over.

Take a deep breath and try and calm down a bit. (I know, easier said than done). If there's someone you're comfortable talking to, then find them and vent. If you don't have anyone, sit down with a piece of paper and just write out everything that's bothering you. The important thing is, just to get it out and stop letting it drive you crazy.
I get like this all the time so I've learned how to deal with it. I know it's easy to just lose control and not have to think about everything separately, but you have to break it down and get it all out.
You can't make the problems go away, but you can effectively deal with them without getting this upset. Set yourself a "worry time" everyday where you just talk to someone or write in a journal about everything that's bothering you. And when it isn't "worry time" push all of the negative out of your mind. Think about relaxing scenes, listen to positive music, just try and distract yourself if you have to.

In the end, it's your choice. Let your problems drive you crazy, or learn how to get them out of your mind.

I have this feelings today also and i m also suffer from depression too. If u need someone to talk, u can email me. Try to get out of the house and maybe u can play games or exercise to release your stress. When u feel down, dont keep thinking, try to focus doing other things. Best Wishes, love yourself lst and everyone care for you too.

What outlets/coping mechanisms do you use? I have some suggestions.

-break stressful situations into smaller, manageable parts
-call a friend
-take a walk to gather your thoughts or clear your mind
-exercise
-speak with an adult you trust
-join a support group
-counseling and also a proactive approach to healing
*creative outlets: journal, sing, art, dance, photography, scrapbook, play a musical instrument, daydream
-deep breathing
-massage
-total muscle relaxation from head to toe
meditation/prayer
-hot bubble bath

cry. it helps, a LOT.

Look at all these people feeling sad, stressed and alone....lots of ppl.suffering so think of this as a support group of sorts... Bet you could e-mail any one of us and we'd be there for you.


P.S Guess we all need to remember what this feels like and never hurt anyone else.

yes i've experienced this feeling before.
what helps me calm down is a spot of green tea &calm relaxation all by myself. listening to slow music helps a lot too.
