Music before bed how does it affect stress levels?!

Question: I love to engage in music to relieve stress, especially if work was a bad day. I enjoy hearing my feelings artistically expressed,or and expressed through someone elses oppinions. I enjoy most all forms of music not just elevator tunes. I enjoy 70's am gold, 80's stuff quite a bit and some 90's stuff. I enjoy street music and underground music as well. I love rock and metal.

music helps calm your nerves.
even lowers your blood pressure!!

several things at work here. Bad dreams is a clue. We act out unresolved or ignored issues in our dreams. #1 Get off the caffeine! Big clue. #2-Stress due to band event. The bad dreams are your body's way of dealing with the problems you haven't consciously addressed. You're probably having unconscious anxiety attacks. Lots of caffeine and sugar can interfere with sleep and actually cause bad dreams. Start with that then start eating properly. You're body will soon fall in step. Bad dreams can also be caused by some medications. If that's the case, see the Dr. Chamomile tea or Sleepytime tea before bed calms you and makes you drowsy.

Depends on the music..
Rock before bed makes me want to get up and dance and the stress level doesn't change for me.
If I put on different older era music/ foreign music without words/lyrics. My mind imagines that time period, people and I'm drifting off ..
It relaxes me and my stress level goes way down.

Music is made up of chords and frequencies. Your aura is made up of chords and frequencies. Music can make you feel bad or music can make you feel good. So stress is a product of the mind and the aura. Now you can use one to influence the other. All living organisms have an aura. The human has the most complex aura.
