I feel guilty for not working out , Should I ?!


Question: Do you think i should feel guilty for not working out today ..

Few weeks ago I had a cold and I stopped running outside and exercising ( at home) for a while..

3 days ago I picked up where I left off , eating 3-5 small meals and i FELT GREAT . . I was planning on working out 5 days per week rule ? ..

But today at work I was sneezing a lot and I felt a little temperature on my forehead.. I am clueless when it comes to things like this.. In my mind I want to run..no matter what , at the same time I am sick too.. So i had some chicken noodle soup .. But now I feel soo guilty...because I really wanted to work out 5 Days Straight ! ..

Do you every feel like this ? What should I do ?

it's ok to go a few days & not work out. relax. :)

honestly if you don't feel well, whether you are sick or just plain tired, take another day's rest. you don't want to overdo it, your body needs rest. especially after you've been sick (or when you still are sick) your body needs to fight off the cold/virus or whatever it is. sleep is very inportant. take it easy today, if you feel better tomorrow then consider working out.

Use lemon peel tea and you wont have any down time. Keep the air in your home clean with some germ killer .

i feel like it every day. there are chemicals that your brain releases when you work out. when you suddenyl stop you will expereince something similar to withdrawal.
