Few things.?!

Question: I've always wondered a few things about myself. i was hoping i could come on here and figure out if i'm overreacting or what my problem is...

1. I hate being in public..i have weird attacks where i can't breathe and i cry for no reason..i can't go to public places by myself...i'm thinkin it's social anxiety but i don't know!

2. When i'm really upset about something going on i hyperventilate to the point that i almost pass out

3. I have a hard time sleeping because i'll lay in bed and think of all the embarrassing/traumatizing things that have happened to me, albeit now or 10 years ago.

4. I have a big problem making friends because i think they are going to talk about me or say negative things.

5. If i see or hear some phrases, i'll repeat it to myself in my head like a million times like i'm analyzing it.it's really annoying! stupid things like people's names and stuff.

Really, honestly, i want to know what causes these things cause it's really annoying to me!

You are obviously suffering from anxiety and ocd. Relax!! Seriously, you don't have to do that to yourself. Your setting yourself up for a miserable life. I used to do the same thing then one day when I decided it was time for a change, I stopped caring what people thought. Love yourself, respect yourself, and be yourself. You never know when it can all be taken away. Good luck!!

Sounds like an anxiety attack.
& you may have some Obsessive Compulsive issues.

Symptoms of an anxiety attack include:
Shortness of breath
Palpitations or pounding heart
Chest pain or discomfort
Trembling or shaking
Dizziness
Nausea or stomach distress
Fear of losing control or going crazy
Hot or cold flashes

Generalized anxiety with a touch of o.c.d

sounds like a bit of social or general anxiety mixed in with a dose of obsessive compulsive disorder

hey social anxety is o.k. but there are special councelors or...dare i say shrinks/ therapists that can help with extreem shyness or social anxety...how old are you? it would be really tough in high school.

1. Y would you cry of ur out to the mall or something???? maybe your scared of people around you??? may you can have that pepper spray thing in your purse for protection

2. ????

3. start thinkin of the good things that have happen to u instead of the bad things

4. don't be scared...... think it this way... if someone wants to be your friends, would you say bad things about that person? don't think so

5. idk about that one.... maybe it's a habit?

maybe you can go to the doctors or the therapist

Your having anxiety attacks. You have issues and you don't trust yourself or others. IT would be good to speak to a counsellor or to your doctor. Most of the times, this can be taken care of and you could be feeling better real soon.'
Don't keep it to yourself...get help. Why be miserable one more minute when you could be happy and be around people who love you.
Good luck. I hope you take my advice or at least do something about it.

people saying OCD. thats not true.
i have OCD and its way different.
those attacks you get are called panic
attacks. you most likely have an anxiety
disorder. not GAD, OCD, or those.
look your symptoms up on
