I am so stressed out!! How can I stop all this stress and start studying?!
Question: Recently, my stress has prevented me from studying, which results in doing poor in college. I tried going outside for a death breath, but it doesn't work since I tend to stay out for an hour, which shortens my study time and increases my heart rate. Furthermore, I am not sure if music would help since it seems to be a distraction, though classical music may yeield different results. Please help.

Perhaps if you actually sit down and begin to study, you might get into it a little.
Study the things you find more difficult first while your brain is still fresh. Reward yourself when you finish studying a certain amount. You are in charge.
