Eat chocolate!!! lol For real..it helps me. Guess it's a chemical thing. (wonder if there really is a chemical thing in chocolate that helps...probably caffeine) (don't eat it before bedtime..or you won't sleep). For real..you might have a slight chemical imbalance...or it might be hormones.(I wonder if drs. have medication now for teenage hormones)Take some vitamins..regularly and take Omega 3. It's for circulation and lots of other things. I'll try to find a link for it. I heard a dr. on tv say one time...if you only take ONE thing..let it be Omega 3. What you eat also can have a lot to do with depression. And, some things you eat give you a fast high..then throw you down into depression. Try to lay off sugar as much as possible. Change the things you eat and see if it makes a difference.
Here it is...Ask your parents to read this before you take it. You can get it at almost any store. They might want to try it too.http://www.omega-3.us/

Don't worry be Happy

for omega 3 fish and flaxseed oil are the best. phosphorous rich food make you happy too.

I get my mind off of it......i suggest something healthy like running or listening to music, but if you have to [i do too]
chocolate helps.. :) Do the stuff you love to do!

Try to focus on fun things that you like to do. And music is a great healer, put on your favorite tunes and sing and dance to them. Hang out with friends, get out and do some activities. I get that way often, and these ways are how I deal with them.
