What are the mental and physical effects of really excessive overworking?!

Question: Overworking meaning studying too much, drinking coffee to stay up all night to study etc.

Answers: Overworking meaning studying too much, drinking coffee to stay up all night to study etc.

There are a lot, and it really depends...it affects everyone differently.
Mostly, you may become dependent on coffee to stay awake, lack of sleep can lower your immunity system, and the studying can definitely stress your body out (acne, loss or excessive appetite, sleep problems, anxiety, etc)
not only that, but it's proven that crammed studying does no good. It is much better to study the same thing for brief periods of time and in small doses (you absorb the material much better)

stress is the answer!!!!!!!!!!

In 2006 the people in the production department had to "volunteer" for mandatory overtime. 2 weekends a month.
For some reason the plant manager decided that my department had to do it too. We had no extra work that we couldn't get done by working a couple extra hours a few days a week, but he insisted. To avoid a discrimination charge I was given the option of working 4 Saturdays each month to avoid working on Sunday.
I began working 60 to 70 hours a week just to keep him quiet.
The lack of sleep combined with the loss of 1/2 of my pension (it was a "freeze" but it really was a reduction.) led to my depression.
I've been treated for it since February 2007.
I only hope that there is a Hell because that b*st*rd deserves to burn.
