When your stressing?!

i light candles in my room put on some mellow music

a nice hot candlelit soak in the bubble bath, and if i'm really stressing, a long write in my journal. ahhhhhh

It kinda depends on what it is.If I am stressing over the kids i make them calm down,so that i can.If it is about my husband,at first I don't talk ti him about it,but then he realizes i am stressed or i realize he is and then we talk about it.Usually talking about it helps,but id there isn't anyone there,then I write it down.Try writing it down and see if it helps.Hope I helped.Good Luck!

reading a book..Life's problems is way to hard..But if you can find a good romance or Danielle Steel and just escape is just the best

a bit of yoga,any time any where,and sometimes 2 shots of vodka

i write....my poetry......or eat...which isnt very healthy.....i work off most of my energy acting like a little kid at school...

Drink chamomile tea with honey, take a hot bath, write emo poems, switch on my sleeping lamp, prayer. End your day with prayer then immediately go to sleep and empty your mind.
