Funny how YOU will believe these unsubstantiated stories on a site that has absolutely no information about who sponsors it, reviews it, etc. I am always open to information, but I also require some proof of a peer review process with medical Web sites. It seems pretty proaganda-ish and shady vs. helping and caring: The "Contact Us" link has NO information about who receives the e-mails sent from there. The "About Us" link has no information about who, either. I do see a Disclaimer at the bottom of the "About Us" page that says it's not affiliated with the Church of Scientology, which I don't believe. So, I'm not attacking you, but I would caution you not to get YOUR information from an alarmist Web site giving unsubstantiated information on medical info. Why would you be inclined to believe this over other peer reviewed information out there? What's your agenda?

please don't advertise and disguise it with a question.

reported.

Spell Check...Please... Do you take "head meds" I sure as hell hope so if your posting some trash like this.

For a country that has as many guns as people , i would blame the gun toting public and sloppy gun control as opposed to the antidepressants.

Added I wonder how many of these people had coffee the day of the shootings....would it be fair to blame coffee.

Do you understand cause and effect? Did the people mentioned go on drugs because they were messed up, or did they get messed up because they went on drugs? Probably the former. It's no surprise that many, if not ALL violent criminals are on meds. That means SOMEBODY already noticed a problem. That's a good thing. You're being disingenuous if you want anyone to believe that the drugs caused the crimes.

Hey Charlie,
I think your namesake "whiskey" is responsible for a lot more violence and death than the meds you've singled out. Were any of those people perchance imbibing along with their other meds.

pat

Well, I'm sure for as many people that have died from using anti-depressants, there are many more it has helped. I'm for one someone who it has helped tremendously.

Blaming a drug for all this drama isn't going to get things solved. That's how they got other pharmas put on the Schedule I drug list. Boneheads just didn't want to do their homework, and also refused to stop the media from scaring the public.

The so-called "war on drugs" is such a joke, I could puke!

I own a gun, that doesn't mean just because I have a gun and take antis does not mean I'm going to go bolistic on my family or do something off the wall. The examples you chose were isolated out of millions of people who are taking them.

Yes, adding them up and one is too many. But these people chose to try these medications. Who knows what compelled them to do what they did? I surely don't.
