if there was i wish i knew about it . i know there's medication to make it less noticable but that's all i got.

yes there is mdedicean to help us, but we get screwed over with it either way because the edicean wears off eventually, but depeneding on how sever ur case is, it;ll be easier or harder for u
If there was i would be on it..hah..No really im extremly hyper but it can be a good thing if you look at the positives just like anything.
Would it be better to be depressed all the time? Nahhh ill take my hyperactivity and positive attitude and spread it amongst my friends and put them in a good mood and laugh at me. LOL...
But on a serious note as i have gotten older i have calmed down some, not alot but some. You really dont want to be on paxil or those other drugs for something you can personally overcome with time, just my opinon but it seems to be workin ok for me.
First be carefull. ADHD is over diagnosed a lot these days. First add extra phisical activity to your day. Cut out as much sugar as possible and ALL cafeine. Take a lot of breaks from what you are doing and run around for about 5 minutes. Also, do allergt testing and avoid all allergies, no matter how minor.
After this, there are perscription drugs that your doctor can percribe, but be forwarned: these often have unpleasent side affects. Do thus as a last resort. It does help a lot of people, but there are other options.
no. not as yet or at least not thatim aware of. medication to control it is the best thats available at the moment
