Feelings of inadequacy can often be discussed with a therapist or psychologist.

you should talk to a trusted adult cuz maybe ur feeling this way when u really are loved and just being paranoid. well i hope this helped good luck

Don't take this wrong but you have to be lovable first. Nobody will want to be affectionate with someone who is always down and out. Or, sad all the time.

Start out showing your love to someone else, a parent, a relative, etc. If nobody fits that mold, then try a cat or dog. Spend time expressing yourself and being craved. The feeling will slowly grow and you'll start to feel it. It will take some time.

i always feel like that.

Every day, write a list of things you are grateful for. Also make a list, either written, or in your head about the things you like about yourself.

If you can't come up with anything. do the alphabet game with positive things. A - I'm attractive, B - I'm a bubbly, bouncy personality. C- I'm charming.

Even if you think you are those things only once in a while, just think of how you are at your best times.

You might also talk about this with a school counselor.

If you have health insurance, also see about going to a therapist or going on medication.

I'm betting that your parents do love and care about you. Do they ever say it? Do they try to do things to nurture you? If they didn't care, you probably wouldn't have anything to eat or clothes to wear, nor would they be taking you to school.

Of course it's not true! Everybody is loved by someone. I'm sure your parents and family members love you very much.

Why not get yourself a pet dog who will love you whether you are good or bad.

first you should think relaistically ARE you unloved or do you just FEEL unloved. if its the latter then u should talk to a professional
