yes it happened to me i was like it for 2 years doctors spent 153 hours slapping me in the head trying to reverse the process

The muscles that control eye movement (allowing you to cross and uncross your eyes) cannot be paralyzed by a blow to the back of the head, unless this blow severs the spine or damages the brain. It would need to be a pretty hard blow, like, with a bat. I think you are safe to cross your eyes to your heart's content, without fear that they would stay that way. On a side-note, crossing your eyes can sometimes strain the muscles that control your eyes, which may cause a tiny bit of pain. You can ignore this pain for it will go away soon if you are an avid eye-crosser.
